The FunnyOnesies Challenge
FunnyOnesies.com began as the vision of an artistic and imaginative woman
who noticed that there were limited options when shopping for gifts for baby
showers. She envisioned gifts that would be humorous as well as useful. When
she couldn't find what she wanted, she decided to go into business providing
such gifts. Thus FunnyOnesies.com came into being..
Our challenge with this site was to display a very limited
set of products with a wide array of text inscriptions, and to construct
this display in such a way that both the humor and the quality of the products
are clearly communicated by the site. |

How we Met the Challenge
As a startup business, FunnyOnesies.com did not have any catalogs or photo
archives we could use to describe their products. We set up our studio for
product photography and provided them all their product shots along with
web design. We also scanned swatches of the material in each color and used
these to provide color-swatch tables for their product pages..
We used custom RTML to meet the challenge of displaying
layered depth of product information and text rollover
menus.
